WELS & Watermark
Every Phoenix tapware product and shower has been awarded a WELS rating, tested for hydraulic strength, water tightness, torque of joints and components endurance. These tests include turning the taps on and off around 50,000 times and changing the water temperature from hot to cold and back again every 55 cycles. The result? Certainty that your Phoenix product will continue to perform.
Watermark is a product quality certification mark confirming that Phoenix products comply with the Plumbing Code of Australia and the relevant Australian Standards. This certification is mandatory for products to be installed legally according to state and plumbing regulations.
Global GreenTag
Our Enviro316 mixers have been awarded a GreenTag GreenRate Level A, this top-tier sustainability certification signifies that a product meets stringent criteria regarding resource efficiency and waste management and has a minimal environmental impact.
Likewise, the GreenTag Platinum Health certification evaluates and verifies products based on their impact on human health and potential exposure to harmful substances, such as lead. Having a primary component of stainless steel means that Enviro316 is Lead Free, making selecting the collection a proactive step towards maintaining a healthy living environment and mitigating the potential health risks associated with lead exposure.

ADF products that have obtained the WaterSense label have demonstrated both water efficiency and the ability to provide ample flow.
CALGreen
Required ADF products meet CALGreen plumbing fixture requirements, intended for reduced water consumption through changed flow rate levels.
