Each four-level Ocean House features four bedrooms (3B + 1B Apt), three bathrooms plus two powder rooms. Planned to engage with its surroundings, the coastal light-filled interiors feature entertainer kitchens. All houses feature 9ft ceilings throughout with unrestrained glazing to take advantage of ocean views and prevailing breezes. The naturally formed façade mimics the ocean adjacent. Inside becomes outside with ever-flowing spaces; vantage points throughout capture coastal vistas while the natural material selections and cascading greenery celebrates the surrounding environment. Accessed via individual beachside entrances, 200 Hedges imbues the calming and joyful essence of a standalone home.
