Phoenix Tapware’s new website is live!
Today we’re delighted to reveal our brand-new website, inspired by you, the user. You’ll notice changes in navigation, aesthetic design, and content structure to provide a more streamlined experience on any device.
The improved, image-led site boasts a cleaner look and feel and features a new ‘Mega Menu’ – an extensive, user-friendly menu that allows users to browse products by Product Types, Collections, Rooms, Finishes, Designs and WELS Rating, making it quicker and easier to find what you’re looking for.
We’ve also introduced a handy new filter capability that can be applied to refine a search, with the results conveniently sorted by options in the drop-down menu.
One of the site’s key features is an improved wish list called ‘My Selection’. Designed with both consumers and trade/specifiers in mind, you can create and edit multiple lists at any time, and easily download PDF summaries, including images, of the products you have selected.
Product pages are also enhanced, with more information about available finishes, product features and benefits and related products that may be of interest. You can also handily download instructions directly from the product pages.
In addition, approved retail merchants and specifiers can gain access to our ‘Bulk Download’ area, allowing them to quickly download product information from our website in bulk, including Specification Sheets, Line Drawings, High-Res Images, Warranty and much more.

And we’ve also added a new Warranty Claim Form, allowing customers to make a claim online and easily upload the required files/photos directly.
