Case study: Velo apartments

Named after the French word for ‘bike’ to reflect its cyclist friendly inner-city location, Velo is a nine-storey building of 61 apartments in Perth’s Northbridge area, designed and developed by Baltinas.

Case study: Promenade apartments

A boutique collection of 13 residences boasting immediate beach access and design sophistication, Promenade is situated within an enticing coastal environment in Aspendale, with the spacious penthouses enjoying sweeping bay views. Architectural design is by Wolveridge Architects, while the interiors were created by Golden.

Case study: The Sebel

Situated directly across from Manly beach, Sydney, The Sebel is a boutique hotel that has been a mainstay of the area since it opened its doors in 1963. However, overtime, the interiors of the building had become dated and tired and so it recently underwent a $2.6 million interior renovation, designed by Indesign International.

Case study: Habitus townhouses

Located in South Melbourne, Habitus is a collection of three distinct townhouse types, each with their own architectural character. Designed inside and out by DKO, the interiors embrace a serious and robust palette of natural stone, warm timber and black metal detailing.

Case Study: CIÉL apartments

Located in Bentleigh, Melbourne, CIÉL apartments comprise a range of one, two and three bedroom and penthouse apartments. Designed by Perkins Architects with interior design by Zunica, the project offers low rise living and a light and bright interior.
